Should there be a need to return any item, we want to ensure the process is as smooth and supportive as our products.

Return Eligibility:

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to consider whether our product meets your expectations.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, complete with packaging and tags, just as they arrived.

Exclusions from Returns:

  • Due to the nature of our products, items like personalized affirmations accessories, custom-designed nursery decor, and hygiene-sensitive products (such as baby bottles, pacifiers, and teethers) cannot be returned.

  • We'll get back to you with easy-to-follow instructions and a Return Authorization Number to ensure your process is seamless.

Shipping Your Return:

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We encourage using a trackable service to guarantee the safe arrival of your return.
  • Please pack the items securely, as damaged returns cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
